Tra un pò con tutta sta lavanda mi uccidete :))

Ciao donzelle!! mi sono fatta un'altra mini vacanzina, questa volta in montagna e sono tornata rinfrescata e carica di stoffe e ispirazione :))
però ora vi mostro un arretrato: era tanto che volevo farmi un cuscinetto fatto come un materasso. Lo avevo visto su un vecchio numero de Le idee di Casa mia..beh alla fine ce l'ho fatta ma mi ha fatto un pò dannare. Inoltre trapuntare i bordi a mano (con tanto di ago da materassaio) è stato pure noioso..insomma, non credo che bisserò..comunque è OVVIAMENTE alla lavanda.


Hallo! I had a little trip to the mountains and came back with fabrics and ideas..but now I'm going to show you a thing I made a few weeks ago..a small lavender cushion made as matresses..with hand quilting and corners..it was rather boring so I don't think I'm going to make others!





Ho usato stoffa Ikea che secondo me un pò ricorda quella dei vecchi materassi..e ho attaccato questa etichetta stampata su una etichetta di feltro, usando un punto festone. L'ho scelta perchè richiamava il rosso della stoffa.

I used some Ikea fabric reminding me of that used for old matresses and stitched a paper tag on a felt tag just because its colors recalled the fabric ones.

Adesso mi aspetta una settimana di FUOCO..e non solo per il caldo..manca una settimana al mercatino di San Benedetto e non ho fatto nemmeno la metà di ciò che volevo, ho vari ordini da fare e altre chicche che per ora non svelo..insomma, altro che calare i ritmi d'estate, per me quest'anno si sta rivelando il contrario!

Now I'll have a very busy week..San Benedetto market is next weekend and I still have to do at least half of work, I have to make some other big orders and also other projects I'm not going to tell at the moment :))
